Celebrating three decades of keeping American traditional circus alive, the legendary Bindlestiff Family Cirkus brings its diverse roster of the world’s finest circus, sideshow, vaudeville, and variety talent to Jackson Hole’s Center Theater on Saturday April 26 ) at 6:00 pm. The 6-person troupe of Cirkus superstars includes Bindlestiff Family Cirkus co-founder Keith Nelson, who delivers Vaudeville classics like spinning plates and tops; Sideshow thrills like sword swallowing and the lost arts of the Gentleman Juggler, like mouthstick balance. Equilibrist Ermiyas Muluken performs breathtaking stunts high atop an Unsupported Ladder and Rolla Bolla; Multi-talented artist Ellie Steingraeber dazzles with a dynamic hula-hoop act and a mind-bending contortion act. Kyle Driggs combines powerful and lyrical dance movement with precision juggling and prop manipulation. And Jack Weinstock performs amazing feats of balance and juggling with her FEET! Even Bindlestiff’s travelling Stage Manager, Pher Gleason, joins in the fun as the whole ensemble juggles and flips across the stage. This is an up-close and intimate show, and there’s no telling which audience member may be called up on stage to participate!
